California SB 1343 Employee Sexual Harassment Training (1-Week Access)

Did you meet your California January 1st, 2021 deadline to implement Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for all non-supervisor employees!

Starting in 2019 Employers with at least five employees must provide at least one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to all non-supervisory employees and 2-hours for supervisors in California within six months of start of employment. The training must also be provided once every two years. The deadline to comply is 01/01/2021.

Employers must provide sexual harassment prevention training to temporary or seasonal employees within 30 calendar days after hire or within 100 hours worked if the employee will work for less than six months.
